Funcional Siebel Senior - Remoto

Buscamos un Consultor Funcional Siebel Senior con experiencia en el sector de telecomunicaciones, especializado en el diseño, análisis y definición de procesos funcionales dentro de Oracle Siebel CRM. Será responsable de analizar y definir procesos relacionados con clientes, cuentas, catálogo comercial, configuración de productos, órdenes de servicio, gestión de activos e integraciones con sistemas de billing y aprovisionamiento.

Responsabilidades:

  • Definir procesos de telecomunicaciones (altas, bajas, modificaciones, cambios de plan, mudanzas, suspensiones y reconexiones) para servicios móviles, fijos, internet y TV, y modelar funcionalmente clientes, hogares, cuentas de servicio y facturación, contactos y domicilios.
  • Definir el catálogo comercial (productos, servicios, bundles, atributos, promociones) con sus reglas de elegibilidad, compatibilidad y disponibilidad, y las configuraciones válidas en Siebel Product Configurator.
  • Definir y validar listas de precios, cargos recurrentes y únicos y descuentos, y su correspondencia con billing.
  • Diseñar procesos de cotización, captura y ciclo de vida de órdenes (incluyendo órdenes compuestas, MACD y Asset-Based Ordering), hasta su cumplimiento.
  • Especificar integraciones funcionales con billing, gestión de órdenes, aprovisionamiento, inventario, factibilidad, portabilidad y visitas técnicas, definiendo mapeos, validaciones y conciliación.
  • Diseñar procesos de atención y posventa: solicitudes de servicio, reclamos, seguimiento y consulta.

Requisitos:

  • 6 años de experiencia como Funcional Siebel.
  • Dominio de procesos de telecomunicaciones (móvil, fijo, internet y TV).
  • Conocimiento funcional de Siebel Product Configurator.
  • Dominio de Asset-Based Ordering y operaciones MACD.
  • Experiencia en modelado de clientes y cuentas, catálogo comercial, precios y descuentos.
  • Experiencia en cotización, captura y ciclo de vida de órdenes.
  • Experiencia en especificación de integraciones funcionales (billing, aprovisionamiento, inventario, factibilidad, portabilidad, visitas técnicas).
  • Experiencia en procesos de atención y posventa.

Sobre la vacante:

  • Modalidad: Remoto.
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 18:00 h.
  • Duración: Proyecto de 6 meses.
