Principais responsabilidades Conduzir reuniões comerciais para fechamento de mentorias High Ticket. Realizar negociações consultivas com médicos. Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de SDR para garantir velocidade no atendimento dos leads. Executar follow-ups estratégicos e contornar objeções complexas. Atuar com flexibilidade de horários quando necessário, incluindo períodos noturnos e finais de semana, visando maximizar os fechamentos.

Requisitos Experiência comprovada como Closer ou Executivo(a) de Vendas High Ticket. Excelente comunicação, negociação e poder de persuasão. Forte orientação para metas e resultados. Organização e disciplina para gestão do funil comercial. Facilidade para receber e aplicar feedbacks. Disponibilidade para rotina dinâmica e alta demanda comercial.
