Estamos em um momento de franca expansão, com estruturação para importação direta e ganho de market share. Buscamos profissionais com mentalidade de crescimento ("sangue nos olhos"), que queiram construir uma carreira sólida, expandir a carteira de clientes e crescer financeiramente junto com a empresa.

Atuar na linha de frente abrindo mercado, prospectando ativamente novos clientes (hospitais e clínicas) e rentabilizando a carteira já existente. O foco principal é a venda consultiva de materiais de uso em centro cirúrgico, negociando com compradores, diretores e equipes médicas, garantindo a presença da marca nas principais instituições de saúde das regiões de atuação.

Prospecção Ativa (Perfil Hunter): Mapear, contatar e visitar hospitais e clínicas cirúrgicas para abertura de novas contas. Gestão de Carteira: Desenvolver e rentabilizar a carteira de clientes ativos repassada pela empresa. Venda Consultiva: Realizar visitas técnicas e comerciais, apresentando o portfólio de materiais cirúrgicos e evidenciando o valor e o custo-benefício dos produtos. Rotina de Campo: Realizar viagens diárias pelas cidades da região de atuação, com reporte de check-in e check-out via CRM em tempo real nos clientes. Atuação Técnica: Acompanhar procedimentos ou apresentar produtos diretamente em ambiente de Centro Cirúrgico quando necessário.

Comissionamento de 2% em cima de cada venda fechada Bônus extra por atingimento de meta mensal (Ex: R$ 1.000,00) R$ 1.200,00 fixos mensais para aluguel/manutenção do carro. Hospedagem + Vale Transporte + Refeição + Plano de Saúde
