Aperçu du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Ingénieur(e) réseau senior expérimenté(e) et engagé(e) pour se joindre à l’équipe TI corporative de XNRGY. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la conception, de l’ingénierie et de l’exploitation des réseaux filaires et sans fil, des réseaux locaux et étendus (LAN/WAN), ainsi que des bureaux distants. Ce poste contribue directement à la mise en place de solutions réseau évolutives, résilientes et sécurisées pour XNRGY Climate Systems. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la fiabilité, la sécurité et l’efficacité de nos systèmes, contribuant au succès global de nos opérations. Le candidat idéal s’épanouit dans un environnement collaboratif, tout en étant capable de travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS AU QUOTIDIEN

- Assumer la responsabilité complète de l’infrastructure réseau TI, incluant les routeurs, commutateurs (switches), le câblage et autres systèmes critiques, de la planification stratégique jusqu’à l’implantation, l’optimisation et le soutien opérationnel.

- Diriger la conception et l’architecture de nouveaux sites, incluant les environnements de commutation physiques et virtuels.

- Collaborer avec différentes équipes afin de déployer des solutions d’infrastructure réseau sécurisées et évolutives.

- Agir comme point d’escalade technique et fournir un accompagnement aux équipes du centre de services (Help Desk) et du support technique.

- Offrir un soutien technique sur site et à distance pour le diagnostic et la résolution de problèmes liés aux systèmes et aux réseaux, au besoin.

EXIGENCES ESSENTIELLES

- Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d’expérience progressive en administration réseau.

- Expérience pratique en installation physique, configuration et dépannage de routeurs, commutateurs, répartiteurs de charge (load balancers) et équipements de sécurité.

• Expertise avancée incluant l’installation physique, la configuration, le dépannage et l’optimisation de routeurs, commutateurs, répartiteurs de charge et équipements de sécurité réseau (Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Ubiquiti, etc.).

- Expérience démontrée en architecture, conception, déploiement et gestion d’infrastructures réseau utilisant des technologies telles que Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Ubiquiti, etc.

- Maîtrise de la configuration de réseaux virtuels au sein de plateformes infonuagiques majeures telles que Microsoft Azure et AWS.

- Capacité à surveiller de façon proactive la performance, la disponibilité et les flux de trafic réseau afin d’assurer un environnement stable et performant.

- Expérience dans la planification et l’exécution de mises à niveau, correctifs et mises à jour de micrologiciels (firmware) pour les commutateurs, routeurs et contrôleurs sans fil d’entreprise.

- Capacité à assurer un minimum d’interruptions lors des maintenances et mises à niveau en coordonnant les activités avec les différentes équipes TI et en planifiant les fenêtres de maintenance.

- Expérience démontrée dans l’identification et la mise en œuvre d’opportunités d’automatisation visant à améliorer l’évolutivité et l’efficacité des infrastructures.

- Approche axée sur la sécurité : compréhension des concepts de modélisation des menaces, protection des données et principe du moindre privilège.

- Excellentes compétences en communication et en documentation technique, avec une approche collaborative du travail d’ingénierie multidisciplinaire.

ATOUTS

- Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier ou OT (Operational Technology), avec une bonne compréhension de la segmentation des réseaux et des systèmes.

- Participation à des exercices de continuité des affaires afin de s’assurer que l’infrastructure réseau soutient les objectifs de reprise organisationnelle.

- Certifications réseau reconnues par l’industrie et pertinentes au poste.

- Expérience en gestion d’équipe ou en mentorat de membres d’équipe juniors.

- Participation à des plans de reprise après sinistre (Disaster Recovery), de continuité des affaires et de restauration des infrastructures réseau.

- Expérience avec la suite d’outils ITSM Atlassian Jira.

What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Network Administrator to join our Corporate XNRGY IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, engineering, and operations of wired/wireless, local/wide Area Networks (LAN, WAN), and Branch Offices. The position directly relates to providing scalable, resilient, and secure networking solutions for Xnrgy Climate Systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems, contributing to the overall success of our business operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment but is equally comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

- Own end-to-end responsibility for IT networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, cabling, and other critical systems, from strategic planning to hands-on implementation and optimization

- Lead the design and architecture of new site builds, including physical and virtual switching environments

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable networking infrastructure solutions

- Serve as an escalation point, offering technical guidance to Help Desk/Support Engineers

- Provide on-site and remote technical support for both system and network level troubleshooting as needed

MUST HAVES

- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in network administration

- Physical installation and configuration and troubleshooting of network routers, switches, load balancers and security devices

• Expert level support to include physical installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of network routers, switches, load balancers, and security devices (Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Ubiquiti, etc.)

- Proven experience architecting, designing, building and deploying networking technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, 3Meraki, Ubiquiti, etc.

- Proficiency configuring virtual networking within major cloud provider platforms such as Azure and AWS

- Proactively monitor network performance, availability, and traffic patterns to ensure a seamless and efficient network environment.

- Plan and execute network upgrades, patches, and firmware updates for enterprise switches, routers, and wireless controllers.

- Ensure minimal downtime during system maintenance and upgrades by coordinating with other IT teams and scheduling maintenance windows.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement automation opportunities for scalability and efficiency

- Security-conscious by default — you build with threat modeling, data protection, and least privilege in mind

- Excellent communication and documentation skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional engineering work

NICE TO HAVES

- Experienced working within a Manufacturing/OT environment, with an understanding of network and system segmentation

- Participated in business continuity exercises to ensure that the network infrastructure supports organizational recovery goals

- Current and relevant industry-recognized networking certifications

- Experience in team management or junior team member mentoring procedures

- Assisted in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans and network restoration

- Experience working within the Atlassian Jira suite of ITSM products
