Enterprise Performance & Lean Governance

• Assess portfolio and transformation performance using practical metrics, reporting, and value realization measures.

• Improve visibility into current and upcoming work, capacity constraints, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.

• Support executive and cross-functional governance forums with clear information, disciplined follow-through, and outcome-focused recommendations.

• Help manage the flow of value across cross-functional value stream teams.

• Balance agility with appropriate risk management, controls, and decision discipline for a scaling manufacturing environment.

• Participate in portfolio and program management process improvement to strengthen delivery assurance and organizational effectiveness.

• Support portfolio-level budget tracking and reporting, including visibility to forecast, actuals, risks, and funding decisions.

Team Effectiveness, Engagement & Culture

• Create an environment where teams can thrive and perform at their best.

• Build trust and collaboration across business and technology teams.

• Coach teams on organizational agility, servant leadership, and transformational change.

• Support communities of practice, shared learning, and capability development across Agile delivery, change management, training, and enablement.

• Protect teams from unnecessary distractions, competing priorities, and organizational friction.

• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, transparency, continuous improvement, and learning.

Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training & Enablement Leadership

• Lead a dedicated team responsible for organizational readiness and workforce enablement, ensuring lasting behavior and process change while building organizational capability at scale.

• Develop mechanisms to capture adoption feedback, surface change impacts, and inform continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Delivery Support & Transformation Governance

• Partner with Value Stream Owners and business leaders to align transformation efforts with strategic objectives.

• Facilitate governance forums, transformation reviews, dependency discussions, and decision-making routines that improve alignment and follow-through across teams.

• Ensure cross-functional dependencies are identified, actively managed, and reflected in integrated plans and roadmaps.

• Support executive reporting and transformation communications with concise, business-focused updates.

• Challenge processes and organizational barriers that impede delivery or adoption.

• Establish knowledge management practices that support reuse, consistency, onboarding, and continuous learning across transformation teams.

Required Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial operations experience.

• 8+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Program Management, Organizational Change Management, PMO, or Business Transformation.

• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving business, IT, and operational stakeholders.

• Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and servant leadership skills.

• Ability to translate strategy into delivery routines, integrated plans, metrics, and practical governance.

• Strong analytical, communication, and executive reporting skills, including the ability to explain complex delivery and technology concepts in business terms.

• Demonstrate strong people leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance management, team development, and accountability for results.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
