- Assist with carrier pickups and deliveries and help ensure shipments are staged and ready according to schedule.

- Support inventory organization, material put-away, cycle counts, kitting, and material issuance as needed.

- Support 5S activities and continuously improve the organization and cleanliness of material-handling and logistics areas.

- Follow applicable safety, ESD, FOD, quality, and material-handling requirements when working with flight hardware, electronic components, and other sensitive materials.

- Provide general hands-on logistics and material handling support as priorities and production needs evolve.

Requirements

- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools associated with opening, building, and breaking down crates and packaging.

- Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or ERP/MRP systems to maintain accurate inventory, track material movements, and support inventory reporting.

- Experience working in a manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, automotive, industrial, or warehouse environment is preferred.

- Familiarity with shipping and receiving documentation, packing lists, and basic inventory transactions.

- Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and organization.

- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures and instructions.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing shipping, receiving, and production needs.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Engineering, and external delivery personnel.

- Comfortable working in an active warehouse and manufacturing environment and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
