Wat ga je doen?

  • Telefoontjes oppakken en afhandelen, het verhaal van de beller noteren en indien aan de orde, verduidelijkende vragen stellen zodat de essentie van het verhaal duidelijk wordt;
  • Elke beller klantvriendelijk en begripvol bejegenen zodat elke beller zich gehoord en serieus genomen voelt;
  • Rapporteren en administreren: nauwkeurig rapporteren zodat collega’s weten wat het verhaal van de beller is als ze een inschatting gaan doen of administreren wat al gedaan is en wat nog niet zodat collega’s weten waar de draad op te pakken, is een essentieel onderdeel van je werk;
  • Bijdragen aan methodiekontwikkeling: je speelt een actieve rol in het verbeteren van onze kwaliteit en aanpak bij het Meldpunt;
  • Kennis bijhouden: door deel te nemen aan deskundigheidsbevordering, blijf je altijd up-to-date met de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied;
  • Overleggen en samenwerken: je neemt deel aan werkoverleg en relevante interne en externe besprekingen om zo de samenwerking te versterken.

Jouw rol binnen XONAR

Bij het meldpunt verzorg je de afhandeling van alle telefonische crisismeldingen voor jongeren tot 18 jaar. Je registreert en overlegt met de achterwacht of er sprake is van een crisis en initieert indien dat wordt afgesproken een inschatting. Het is cruciaal dat je je hoofd koel houdt en snel handelt. Flexibiliteit in werktijden en een hart voor de zaak zijn hierbij essentieel. Wij werken in een 24/7 rooster, zodat we altijd klaarstaan voor wie ons nodig heeft.

In avond-nacht en weekenden wordt er vanuit thuis gewerkt.
