Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdaging binnen pleegzorg waarbij je gaat werven en matchen van geschikte pleegouders?

Door middel van het voorlichten, werven, selecteren en matchen van pleeg- en eventueel gezinshuisouders en de uitvoering van training- en begeleidingsprogramma’s zorg jij voor geschikte pleegadressen. Pleegzorg wordt centraal vanuit XONAR georganiseerd maar in jouw rol ga je decentraal aan de slag in de regio: Westelijke Mijnstreek, Maastricht Heuvelland en/of Parkstad.

Jouw uitdaging

Je bent een kritische verbinder die zich kan inleven in de persoonlijke situaties van eventuele (aspirant)pleegouders. In de uitvoering van je functie neem je de volgende taken op:

  • Het informeren van (aspirant)pleegouders over het doel en de functie van de pleegzorg;
  • Het beoordelen van (aspirant)pleegouders op geschiktheid voor de taak van het pleegouderschap aan de hand van vastgestelde criteria;
  • Uitvoeren van een gezinsanalyse en het opstellen van een profiel van de betreffende aspirant pleegouders;
  • Bieden van trainingen aan pleegouders;
  • Het organiseren en begeleiden van thema-avonden en pleegouderdagen gericht op themabehandeling en ervaringsuitwisseling.

Jouw team

Bij XONAR kom je terecht in een team van professionals, verdeeld over drie regio’s (Parkstad, Maastricht-Heuvelland en Westelijke Mijnstreek). In jouw rol als Medewerker VSM word je ondersteund door een gedragswetenschapper en een manager bedrijfsvoering.

Naast affiniteit met de doelgroep en de jeugdzorg zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die beschikt over:

  • HBO-opleiding in de richting van Pedagogiek, Social Work of gelijkaardig;
  • Een SKJ-registratie;
  • Sterke communicatie-skills die je inzet tijdens het geven van voorlichting, een presentatie of training;
  • Sterke schriftelijke vaardigheden;
  • Kennis van de sociale kaart.

We zijn op zoek naar een collega voor 24 uur per week.
