Role: District Supervisor (Ed-Tech)

Location: Assigned District

  • Kolkata and other West Bengal districts
  • Patna and other Bihar districts
  • Ranchi and other Jharkhand districts

Be part of a mission-driven EduTech leader shaping India’s early childhood education & skill development. As a District Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day training implementation, ensure compliance with MEPSC standards, and act as the bridge between schools, trainers, and our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor training programs & ensure quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with trainers, schools & district sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance, documentation & reporting.
  • Build strong school relationships & resolve on-ground challenges.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Graduate with 3–5 years’ experience in academic coordination/training/field operations.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the district.
  • Strong organizational & people management skills.
  • Good communication & problem-solving abilities.
