Role: State Head (Ed-Tech)

Location: State Capital (covering multiple districts)

Be part of a mission-driven EduTech leader shaping India’s early childhood education & skill development. As State Head, you will lead our operations, partnerships, and growth strategy in the state — driving enrollments, building institutional linkages, and ensuring successful implementation of teacher training & B2B school programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead state-level business growth & partnerships.
  • Manage teams & ensure operational excellence.
  • Build strong networks with schools, govt. bodies & institutions.
  • Deliver on revenue, enrollment & expansion targets.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 yrs in sales/operations/education program management.
  • Proven leadership & stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong exposure to education/skill development ecosystem.
