Role Overview

We are hiring trainers across three distinct specialisations. Candidates with relevant experience in any one of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

1. Soft Skills & Communication Trainer

  • Communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal effectiveness, confidence building and executive presence.
  • Active listening, professional etiquette and influencing skills.

2. Social & Emotional Learning / Emotional Intelligence Trainer

  • Emotional intelligence, self-awareness and emotional regulation.
  • Empathy, resilience and interpersonal relationships.
  • Conflict management and behavioural development.

3. Corporate Trainer

  • Corporate communication and workplace effectiveness.
  • Team building, collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Leadership, people management and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops and learning interventions.
  • Facilitate interactive activities, discussions and practical exercises.
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Adapt training methods based on audience and learning requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve training content and programme effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, coaching or learning and development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the three specified specialisations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and understanding of adult learning methodologies.
  • Relevant academic qualifications or professional certifications in Psychology, Education, HR, Management, Communication or related disciplines will be an advantage.

Note: These are three separate Trainer requirements. Candidates need expertise in only their relevant specialisation; experience across multiple areas is not mandatory.
