业务方向： 1、开发高性推理引擎及相关核心组件，根据硬件特性和 AI 模型的特点，不断迭代和完善，持续提升推理性能。 2、开发分布式 KVCache 存储组件，负责 KVCache 生命周期管理，包括显存、内存、SSD 的分层和缓存策略优化。 3、分析和优化推理阶段的性能瓶颈，进行系统级调优，建设并完善性能剖析和优化工具链，沉淀性能优化方法论。

1、熟悉 Linux 开发环境，掌握 Python、C、C++、Golang 至少一门。 2、有扎实的计算机系统基础（操作系统、计算机网络等） 3、优秀的分析解决问题能力，愿意深入复杂系统和底层细节，具有良好的编程基础及系统设计及优化能力。 4、具备良好的技术热情和责任感，良好的团队意识和沟通能力。 5、能够跟 AI Coding Agent 合作，提高工作效率。 6、熟悉 vLLM、SGLang、Mooncake、LMCache 等推理项目，熟悉推理的常用优化策略 7、熟悉英伟达、国产 GPU、NPU 的芯片底层架构 8、参加过大型项目开发

加分项 1、在大型开源项目中有深度贡献，或者有优秀的个人开源项目。 2、熟悉 CUDA、Triton、TensorRT、Ascend、C++ 等算子开发 3、有系统方向背景，比如分布式系统、操作系统、网络、高性能计算等。
