业务方向： 1. 负责全闪分布式存储产品的功能测试，包括需求分析、测试设计、用例编写、执行和缺陷跟踪。 2. 重点负责全闪分布式存储产品的功能、可服务性的需求分析和可运维可交付性把控，站在客户角度分析交付的可行性、易用性、完整性。 3. 负责私有客户端、NFS、SMB 等访问协议的基础功能、可服务性、兼容性、异常场景和稳定性测试。 4. 负责可服务性和可维护性测试，包括日志、告警、诊断信息、升级回滚、故障注入、运维操作易用性等。 5. 持续推进功能、可靠性、可服务性的自动化框架设计和自动化用例开发、运维看护，提升整体回归测试效率。 6. 使用 AI 工具辅助需求分析、用例生成、脚本编写、日志分析、缺陷归因和测试报告生成。 7. 主动发现测试盲区，推动开发、产品、运维一起完善产品质量。 8. 独立负责一个或多个模块的测试工作，并对模块质量负责。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、电子或相关专业，2年及以上分布式存储经验； 2. 熟悉基本的环境组网、存储硬件构造，存储业务场景； 3. 熟悉文件存储整体架构和特点，了解常见的文件存储协议和语义及特性； 4. 熟练运用 AI Agent，具备将复杂需求拆解并委派给 Agent 执行的工程能力； 5. 熟悉 Linux 基础操作，能够熟练使用 shell、常用命令、日志分析工具； 6. 熟悉文件存储的基本使用方式，理解目录、文件、权限等基础概念。深入了解文件、块、对象等分布式存储常见特性； 7. 具备较强自动化能力，能够使用 Shell / Python 等进行自动化脚本开发、测试框架搭建、数据分析和可视化； 8. 具备良好的沟通推动能力，能够协同测试、研发、产品等多角色推动性能问题闭环和优化方案落地； 9. 具备极强学习能力，拥抱新技术，对新技术保持好奇心，愿意持续学习并沉淀方法论。 加分项： 1) 有 Kubernetes、容器化部署、CI/CD、自动化测试平台建设经验。 2) 熟练使用 AI 工具进行测试设计、代码编写、问题分析和效率提升。 3) 有成功的自动化框架开发和运用的优先。 4) 具备CephFS、Lustre、BeeGFS、JuiceFS等常见分布式存储测试经验优先。
