业务方向： 1、负责分布式存储产品（文件存储 / AI 存储）的性能测试策略、评估体系和版本准入标准设计，围绕典型业务场景建立端到端性能看护机制，对产品性能表现和版本性能竞争力负责，并推进性能测试落地； 2、负责端到端性能分析与调优，能够从客户端、网络、协议栈、存储引擎、元数据路径、缓存、磁盘介质、CPU/内存等多维度快速定位性能瓶颈，推动研发完成问题闭环；能够输出可量化的优化方案、调优建议、产品需求或架构改进建议，并跟踪收益落地。 3、持续跟踪 WEKA、JuiceFS等主流厂商及相关开源方案在典型场景下的性能能力，建立对标方法、测试模型与差距分析机制，识别产品短板与优势，推动产品在关键场景上的性能竞争力持续提升； 4、负责性能持续看护和效率提升，推进性能熟悉并能够灵活运用 fio、vdbench、mdtest 等性能测试工具，以及 MLPerf Storage、DLIO Benchmark 等 AI 存储场景专项工具，支持复杂场景建模、脚本开发、工具二次开发和自动化看护平台建设，提升性能测试效率与问题发现能力。 5、深入理解分布式存储在训练、推理、混合读写、小文件、元数据、高并发、大吞吐等典型场景下的性能特征，沉淀性能测试模型、分析方法、调优手册和竞争力评估体系，赋能测试、研发和产品团队。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、电子或相关专业，至少5年及以上分布式存储经验，3 年及以上性能测试与调优相关经验优先； 2、熟练运用 AI Agent，具备将复杂需求拆解并委派给 Agent 执行的工程能力； 3、具备CephFS、Lustre、BeeGFS、JuiceFS等常见开源并行文件存储性能调优经验优先； 4、熟悉文件存储整体架构和特点，了解常见的文件存储协议和语义； 5、熟悉 Linux 操作系统，熟悉大型网络组网和高速无损网络，熟悉Intel、AMD、ARM等硬件平台，能够熟练使用Linux相关工具/命令开展问题定位与分析； 6、熟悉典型性能测试工具和性能分析方法，能够独立完成测试建模、脚本编写、数据采集；对 fio、vdbench、mdtest、ior 等工具至少有一类深入实践经验，具备工具调优或二次开发能力者优先； 7、具备较强自动化能力，能够使用 Shell / Python 等进行自动化脚本开发、测试框架搭建、数据分析和可视化； 8、具备良好的沟通推动能力，能够协同测试、研发、产品等多角色推动性能问题闭环和优化方案落地； 9、具备极强学习能力，拥抱新技术，对新技术保持好奇心，愿意持续学习并沉淀方法论。
