1、负责公司存储、数据基础设施产品在新业务方向（AI场景等）的客户拓展与业绩落地，深耕核心客群、转化商机订单，搭建稳定客户合作体系，助力产品抢占AI数据基建市场份额。 2、核心客群拓展与关系维护：主攻创新企业、互联网头部大厂、智能化转型传统企业等目标客群，精准对接企业CTO、IT负责人、业务决策人，建立高粘性长期合作关系，深挖客户需求。 3、场景化需求对接与价值传递：深度吃透公司战略、产品及解决方案特性，精准匹配AI训练、GPU集群、向量数据库/KV Cache、数据管理等场景需求，向客户清晰传递产品核心价值，构建客户存储发展规划愿景。 4、全流程商机转化与业绩达成：负责销售线索挖掘、跟进、培育全链路运营，牵头推进技术交流、POC测试、招投标、商务谈判、合同签约及回款；根据季度/年度销售目标制定个人销售计划，搭建可持续线索转化机制，确保业绩指标落地。 5、生态合作与市场联动：挖掘、深耕区域及行业合作伙伴体系，联动云服务商、大模型公司等生态伙伴拓展客源，打通合作通路；配合市场部门开展产品推广活动，扩大产品行业曝光度。 6、合规运营与流程执行：严格遵守公司销售管理制度、客户关系管理流程及业绩审查机制，规范客户档案管理，及时同步业务进展与市场动态。

1、本科以上学历，管理、计算机、市场营销等相关专业。 2、具备IT行业销售相关经验，有服务器、存储、备份、超融合、AI数据基建销售经验，或制造业ISV、AI生态合作经验者优先。 3、具备敏锐的市场洞察力与分析能力，优秀的沟通表达、商务谈判与协调能力；执行力强、学习速度快，有强烈的客户拓新意愿和抗压能力，能独立攻坚客户与项目。 4、勤奋敬业、责任心强，勇于接受挑战，具备良好的客户服务意识与结果导向思维。
