一、 线索收集与精细化运营 1、线索归集与清洗 负责售前400热线、官网试用申请、展会名单等多渠道销售线索的统一录入与去重；按行业、客户类型、需求阶段、意向程度等维度进行初步分级与标签化管理。 2、商机验证与分配 通过电话/在线沟通核实客户基本信息、需求、预算与决策周期，判定商机有效性；按既定规则将合格线索及时分配至对应销售团队，并跟进反馈，持续优化线索质量标准。 3、数据统计与渠道分析 定期输出线索数量、转化率、渠道来源分布等数据报表，为市场投放和渠道优化提供数据支撑。 4、官网SEO/SEM基础运营 配合市场团队执行官网关键词布局与页面内容优化，提升自然搜索排名；参与SEM投放的关键词策略与落地页优化，持续提升流量到线索的转化率。 5、自媒体平台维护与咨询响应 负责知乎、CSDN等平台的内容同步与日常更新；实时监控后台留言及私信咨询，在规定时效内完成响应与线索归集，确保高意向咨询不遗漏。

二、流程优化与协同 1、参与并推动线索管理流程、SOP 及评分体系的持续优化与落地。 2、与销售团队保持密切沟通，理解业务需求，不断提升线索匹配度与转化效率。 3、协同市场、产品等部门，确保对外传递的产品信息与品牌口径准确一致。

一、基础硬性条件 1. 学历：大专及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、计算机、信息技术等相关专业优先； 2. 经验：1-3年B2B市场线索运营、电话销售或客户成功相关工作经验，有存储行业、IT行业、企业服务、软件信息行业背景者优先； 3. 普通话标准，具备良好的电话沟通与表达能力，声音亲和，有较强的倾听与提问技巧。 二、核心专业能力要求 1. 业务理解能力：能快速学习并理解公司产品及行业知识，准确把握客户需求与痛点。 2. 线索甄别能力：具备较强的信息敏感度和判断能力，能高效识别有效商机。 3. 数据意识：熟悉 CRM 系统，具备数据整理与基础分析能力。 4. 抗压与韧性：能适应一定量的外呼 / 沟通任务，面对拒绝保持积极心态，目标感强。 5. 团队协作：具备良好的跨部门沟通协作能力，执行力强。 三、加分项 1. 有存储、云计算、企业级软件行业经验者优先； 2. 有邮件营销、营销自动化工具（如 MA）使用经验者优先.
