1. 计算机、通信等相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年及以上相关研发经验。 2. 熟练运用 AI Coding Agent实现开发流程自动化，具备将复杂需求拆解并委派给 Agent 执行的工程能力。 3. 扎实掌握 TCP/IP 和以太网基础，熟悉常见路由、VLAN、Bonding/LACP 等技术。 4. 了解 Linux 网络栈，理解 Socket、报文收发、软中断、队列及基本网卡驱动机制。 5. 至少熟练掌握 Go、C、C++ 、Python、Shell中的一种语言，具备良好的编码、调试、测试和代码维护能力；具备 Go 或 C/C++ 经验优先。 6. 熟练使用 tcpdump、Wireshark、iproute2、ethtool、iperf 等网络诊断工具。 7. 具备独立分析和解决复杂问题的能力，能够完成复现、定位、修复及验证闭环。

加分项 1. 熟悉分布式存储、Ceph、NVMe-oF、NFS 或 iSCSI。 2. 熟悉 RDMA、RoCE v2、InfiniBand、PFC、ECN 或 DCQCN。 3. 具备 DPDK、eBPF/XDP、SPDK、UCX 或 Linux 内核开发经验。 4. 具有数据中心交换网络、网络监控或性能优化经验。
