The posting

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een afwisselend takenpakket, waaronder:

  • Je staat mee in voor het operationele inkoopproces
  • je kan mechanisch goed analyseren en interpreteren zodat je inkoopproces vlot en efficiënt kan gebeuren
  • Je onderhandelt met leveranciers, stelt prijsaanvragen op en kan door je sterke onderhandelings-skills een optimale prijs realiseren zonder dat afbreuk wordt gedaan aan kwaliteit en leveringstermijnen
  • Je bent vakkundig in het zoeken naar alternatieve materialen en oplossingen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en hebt op regelmatige basis intern overleg over nieuwe materialen en onderdelen
  • Je rapporteert de performance van leveranciers en algemene aankoop-rapporten
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de controle van de facturen
  • Je onderhoudt de logistieke parameters en algemene leveranciersdata
  • Je volgt orders op en verzorgt de orderbevestigingen in het beheersysteem
  • Als medewerker op de aankoopafdeling ondersteun je het kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieumanagementsysteem van onze organisatie in het proces van continue verbetering binnen het bedrijf: daarbij neem je, binnen je takenpakket, je verantwoordelijkheid op voor het navolgen van alle maatregelen die het bedrijf neemt op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en gezondheid
  • De technische aankoper komt in aanraking met bedrijfsgevoelige informatie. Hij/ Zij zal de verantwoordelijkheid opnemen om correct om te gaan met deze informatie. Het doel van informatiebeveiliging is om de privacy van individuen te waarborgen, bedrijfsgeheimen te beschermen en de betrouwbaarheid van informatiesystemen te garanderen
  • Je genoot een opleiding Bachelor Electromechanica/ Mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt reeds concrete ervaring in een technische aankoopafdeling waar projectmatig gewerkt wordt
  • Ervaring met fijntechniek is een groot pluspunt
  • Je bent sterk in het lezen en interpreteren van mechanische tekeningen
  • Je hebt kennis van aankoopprocedures en richtlijnen
  • Je bent goed met cijfers en hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen
  • Je bent een resultaatgerichte onderhandelaar en durft verantwoordelijkheid en beslissingen te nemen
  • Je hebt kennis van technische specificaties van in te kopen materialen
  • Je kan vlot werken met ERP-systemen, in dit geval Navision
  • Je beschikt over goed communicatieve skills, die nodig zijn zowel intern als in relatie met de levernacier
