Gute Lerninhalte müssen fachlich korrekt sein, aber genauso klar, einheitlich und motivierend für die Lernenden. Als Learning Content Quality Manager legst du fest, was „gut“ für unsere Lernmaterialien bedeutet, und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Kurs diesem Anspruch gerecht wird. Du prüfst Inhalte, arbeitest eng mit unseren Content-Erstellerinnen und -Erstellern zusammen und verbesserst unsere Prozesse so, dass Qualität von Anfang an Teil der Content-Entwicklung ist.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest unsere Qualitätsstandards für Lerninhalte und entwickelst sie laufend weiter, einschließlich Leitlinien, Vorlagen, QA-Kriterien und Prozessen
  • Du prüfst Kurse und Materialien auf didaktische Qualität, Struktur, Verständlichkeit, Einheitlichkeit, fachliche Richtigkeit und Lernerlebnis
  • Du gibst Content-Erstellenden und Stakeholdern konkretes Feedback und unterstützt sie bei der Umsetzung
  • Du erkennst wiederkehrende Qualitätsprobleme, findest ihre Ursachen und führst skalierbare Lösungen in der Content-Produktion ein
  • Anhand von Reviews, Lernenden-Feedback und Daten entscheidest du, wo Inhalte oder Prozesse am dringendsten Aufmerksamkeit brauchen
  • Du erstellst Leitfäden, Beispiele, Schulungen und Best Practices, mit denen andere bessere Inhalte produzieren

  • Du hast ein gutes Auge für Qualität und ein fundiertes Verständnis von Lern- und Content-Entwicklung
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und analytisch und verbesserst lieber Prozesse, als nur Einzelfälle zu korrigieren
  • Du packst selbst mit an: Du setzt Verbesserungen um, testest neue Ansätze und recherchierst Tools, die dem Team die Arbeit erleichtern
  • Du kommunizierst klar und gibst konstruktives Feedback an Content-Erstellende, Fachexpertinnen und -experten sowie Projektteams
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung, treibst Verbesserungen proaktiv voran und findest die richtige Balance zwischen Qualität, Deadlines, Ressourcen und Kundenanforderungen
