Du bist ein:e erfahrene:r Projektmanager:in oder Key Account Manager:in und möchtest deine Expertise in der Betreuung strategischer Kund:innen einbringen? In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Corporate-Education-Programme - von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Top-B2B-Kund:innen sowie internen Expertenteams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass komplexe Projekte strategisch, organisatorisch und kommunikativ exzellent umgesetzt werden.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Strategische Kundenbetreuung Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Key Accounts
  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Corporate-Education-Programme
  • Beratung auf Augenhöhe Sparringspartner für Kund:innen bei Transformationsprojekten für AI, Nachhaltigkeit oder im Sportbusiness
  • Stakeholdermanagement Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams und externer Partner
  • Business Development Identifikation von Wachstums- und Upselling-Potenzialen innerhalb bestehender Accounts
  • Kommunikation & Reporting Erstellung professioneller Präsentationen, Statusberichte und Analysen
  • Moderation & Workshops Durchführung inspirierender Kund:innen-Formate
  • Budget- und Zielverantwortung Sicherstellung von KPIs und Projektprofitabilität

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management oder Projektmanagement im B2B-Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der strategischen Kundenentwicklung und im Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Marketing oder vergleichbar
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick und souveränes Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (muttersprachlich) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Remote-Work-Umgebungen
  • Technisches Verständnis und Affinität für innovative Technologien wie ChatGPT oder Copilot
  • Kreativität, konzeptionelles Denken und Gespür für Design
