1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、嵌入式、电子信息、自动化等相关专业2027应届毕业生； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，掌握操作系统、计算机组成原理等基础知识； 3、熟悉至少一门编程语言，如C/C++、Java或Python，具备良好的编码习惯和程序调试能力； 4、具备较强的逻辑分析、问题定位和学习能力，对存储领域有浓厚兴趣； 5、具备良好的责任心、质量意识、沟通能力和团队协作精神； 加分项： 1、熟悉存储系统、存储接口或存储通信协议等相关知识者优先； 2、有测试/嵌入式课程设计、实验室项目、竞赛、实习、开源项目或技术文章者优先； 3、有AI工具开发、AI Agent开发等AI相关经历优先。
