Resumen del puesto:

Realizar las actividades necesarias para transformar la materia prima en producto terminado, participando en procesos de ensamble, pruebas e inspección de productos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad, productividad y mejora continua establecidos por la compañía.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Realizar el ensamble de productos y componentes de acuerdo con las instrucciones de trabajo establecidas.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de funcionamiento y verificación de producto según los requerimientos del proceso.
  • Cumplir con los estándares de calidad en los productos manufacturados.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las instrucciones operativas, procedimientos y especificaciones aplicables.
  • Mantener una conducta alineada con el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo y el Código de Conducta de Xylem.
  • Participar activamente en eventos de Mejora Continua y apoyar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de Point Kaizen.
  • Mantener el orden y la limpieza del área mediante la aplicación de la metodología 5S.
  • Apoyar actividades en diferentes áreas o líneas de producción cuando sea requerido.
  • Completar los programas de capacitación y entrenamiento asignados.
  • Cumplir con todas las políticas de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente y Protección Patrimonial (EHS&S).
  • Realizar inspecciones de seguridad en su área y equipo de trabajo cuando sea asignado.
  • Promover un ambiente de trabajo seguro para sí mismo, sus compañeros y el medio ambiente.
  • Reportar oportunamente condiciones inseguras, riesgos, incidentes o accidentes.
  • Participar en investigaciones de incidentes y en análisis de seguridad y medio ambiente cuando sea requerido.
  • Desempeñar sus actividades conforme al Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, contribuyendo a la prevención de riesgos laborales y al cumplimiento de los objetivos ambientales de la planta.
  • Participar en la atención de contingencias y apoyar las actividades derivadas de la Comisión de Seguridad e Higiene cuando sea requerido.

Requisitos

  • Escolaridad mínima: Secundaria terminada.
  • Experiencia en áreas de producción, manufactura, ensamble o procesos industriales (deseable).
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y procedimientos de trabajo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en ambiente de manufactura.
  • Compromiso con la calidad, la seguridad y el trabajo en equipo.
  • Actitud proactiva y disposición para aprender.
