Job Description

1、APQP&PPAP：及时了解客户需求，通过沟通、影响客户，最终明确其需求；将客户需求传递给公司内部并协调达成统一；策划并监督新产品策划、实施阶段（APQP）的质量控制，监督、确保客户要求在产品策划阶段得有贯彻实施；策划产品过程验证，批准相应试验报告；按照客户要求及时完成PPAP文件，并取得客户认可。

2、协助参与各类审核：在中级及以上的工程师监督下，协助参与产线准备的过程策划与审核督促，跟踪不符合项的纠正、预防措施改进计划实施、并验证效果；在中级及以上的工程师监督下，参与体系审核、分层审核，实施过程审核、产品审核等，以保证过程处于稳定受控状态。

3、0KM/售后质量问题处理：客户0K/售后投诉的关闭，独立与客户进行沟通能力，熟悉各个客户现场和售后问题质量处理流程。有初步的分析的能力，能在客户现场对于0KM/售后质量问题进行定责。退货问题分析报告的整理，持续改进客户端的售后质量表现，熟悉公司向原退货及返工品处理流程。推动团队对于产品进行分析并整理相关报告及账目。将0KM/售后反馈的不良反馈给相关的工程师及生产制造人员。客户端现场分析，为了满足客户快速分析及紧急遏制的要求，在在中级及以上的工程师的协助下，能够架设测试设备，协调人员至客户现场或者4S店进行现场分析或者PDI。协助客户信息和满意度的收集，为持续提高客户满意度/超越客户期望，收集，汇总客户售后信息并处理相关事宜，跟踪客户满意情况，统计并整理0KM/售后质量趋势。

4、标准传递及人员培训在新产品投产阶段制定、组织培训/指导IPQC团队理解产品检验标准、方法，并验证效果。

5、其他承接基础目标，承接分解到科室的各项基础目标，或其他上级要求完成的工作。
