Plant Buyer / Técnico/a de compras

En Yanfeng, proveedor global de automoción, buscamos incorporar un/a Plant Buyer / Técnico/a de Compras para nuestra planta de Almussafes (Valencia).

Buscamos una persona proactiva, organizada y con ganas de aprender y crecer profesionalmente en un entorno industrial dinámico.

Esta es una posición de nueva creación, impulsada por el crecimiento de la actividad y del volumen de negocio de la planta, con el objetivo de reforzar el área de Compras y dar soporte a nuevos proyectos y necesidades de la organización.

La persona seleccionada participará en la gestión de compras indirectas y gestionará la inversión de activos fijos y equipos productivos, colaborando de forma transversal con distintos departamentos de la compañía.

Valoramos especialmente la capacidad de organización, negociación y comunicación, así como la habilidad para gestionar prioridades y trabajar con proveedores nacionales e internacionales.

¿Qué realizarás en esta posición?

  • Gestionar solicitudes de compra de activos fijos.
  • Participar activamente en el lanzamiento de nuevos programas.
  • Gestionar resto de compras indirectas necesarias para la planta.
  • Realizar seguimiento de pedidos y plazos de entrega.
  • Mantener contacto diario con proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
  • Solicitar y analizar ofertas, negociando precios y condiciones de suministro.
  • Colaborar con diferentes departamentos para asegurar el abastecimiento de bienes.
  • Identificar oportunidades de ahorro y mejora en los procesos de compra.
  • Actualizar y mantener información en sistemas ERP (QAD u otras herramientas de gestión).

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?

  • Formación Profesional (FP Superior), Grado en Administración de Empresas, Logística o Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería, etc.
  • Buscamos un perfil junior, desde recién titulados/as o personas que hayan realizado prácticas, hasta candidatos/as con un máximo de 2 años de experiencia en compras, aprovisionamiento, logística o funciones administrativas similares.
  • Inglés medio-alto para comunicación con proveedores internacionales.
  • Buen manejo de Excel y herramientas informáticas.
  • Valorable experiencia con QAD/SAP.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en nuestra planta de Almussafes.
  • Capacidad de organización, negociación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Persona organizada, metódica y orientada al detalle.
  • Alta capacidad de negociación, comunicación e influencia.
  • Perfil analítico, con facilidad para trabajar con datos y realizar seguimiento de presupuestos y costes.
  • Proactividad, autonomía y orientación a resultados.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y responder con rapidez a las necesidades de un entorno productivo dinámico.
