Stellenbeschreibung

Du verstehst Recht als Hilfsmittel, um neue Lösungen zu gestalten. Du fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld eines InsurTech & PropTechs wohl und du interessierst dich insbesondere für IT-Innovation, künstliche Intelligenz sowie die damit verbundenen rechtlichen Fragen, wie Datenschutz, AI Governance und Schnittstellen zur IT-Sicherheit. Du bist es gewohnt mit modernen Tools zu arbeiten und willst mithelfen, in einem kleinen Team mit Gestaltungspielraum, die Legal-Funktion von morgen aufzubauen, in der wiederkehrende Rechtsarbeit smart automatisiert wird und du dich auf die spannende Themen konzentrieren kannst, wo dein Mehrwert am grössten ist? Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst Management und Teams in der Schweiz, Deutschland, Italien und UK in rechtlichen Belangen und arbeitest auf ausgewählten Themen mit externen Kanzleien.
  • Du entwirfst, prüfst und verhandelst Kunden-, Partner- und Lieferantenverträge.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für Datenschutz (DSG/DSGVO), insbesondere bezüglich unserer Plattformlösung und arbeitest mit unserem externen DPO zusammen.
  • Du unterstützt unseren CISO bei den ISO 27001 Prozessen und Rezertifizierungen
  • Du unterstützt bei IT-Security- und Compliance-Themen sowie bei Due-Diligence-Anfragen von Versicherungen und Liegenschaftsverwaltungen.
  • Du digitalisierst unsere Rechtsarbeit: Vorlagen, Playbooks, Vertragsmanagement und KI-gestützte Workflows – damit Legal mit unserem Wachstum skaliert.
  • Du berichtest direkt an unseren General Counsel und Mitgründer und arbeitest eng mit ihm zusammen. So hast du kurze Entscheidungswege und gestaltest unsere Rechtsfunktion aktiv mit.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Rechtsstudium (MLaw oder gleichwertig) und Anwaltspatent, idealerweise 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Kanzlei, Rechtsabteilung oder Tech-Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Datenschutzrecht; Interesse an IT-Security und Technologie
  • Du nutzt KI- und Legal-Tech-Tools mit Begeisterung und hast Ideen, wie man Prozesse automatisiert
  • Pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, Recht verständlich zu erklären
  • Deutsch fliessend, sehr gutes Englisch; Französisch oder Italienisch ein Plus
