Stellenbeschreibung

Als Senior Solution Consultant bist du die technische Stimme im Pre-Sales-Prozess und die zentrale Fachperson für die Konzeption technisch tragfähiger Kundenlösungen. Gleichzeitig übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der strukturierten Übergabe an unser Produkt-, Implementierungs- und Integrationsteam. Du stellst sicher, dass aus Kundenanforderungen realisierbare Lösungskonzepte entstehen und begleitest diese als fachlich-technische Ansprechperson durch die Umsetzung bis zum Go-Live

Deine Aufgaben

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

  • Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und ordnest sie in Standard, Kundenlösung oder Produktbedarf ein.
  • Du entwickelst technisch realisierbare Lösungskonzepte für kundenspezifische Anforderungen.
  • Du visualisierst Lösungen mit Mockups, Prozessflows, Integrationsskizzen und Demo-Szenarien.
  • Produktbedarfe bringst du gemeinsam mit Product Ownern und UX in die Weiterentwicklung ein.
  • Du unterstützt unser Sales-Team bei Pitches, Workshops und RfPs.

Übergabe & Delivery-Begleitung

  • Du verantwortest die strukturierte Übergabe der Kundenlösung an unsere Product Owner, das Implementation Management und das Integrationsteam.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Scope, Prozesse, Integrationen und offene Punkte klar dokumentiert sind.
  • Du unterstützt Projekt-Kickoffs und klärst gemeinsam mit allen Beteiligten Anforderungen und offene Punkte.
  • Du begleitest die Implementierung als fachlich-technische Ansprechperson in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachteams.
  • Du stellst die fachlich-technische Konsistenz der Kundenlösung sicher.
  • Du unterstützt die technische Vorbereitung und Begleitung des Go-Lives.

Product Discovery & Product Feedback

  • Du identifizierst wiederkehrende Kundenanforderungen und neue Marktbedarfe.
  • Du bringst diese als strukturierten Input in den Product-Discovery-Prozess ein.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Product Ownern und dem CTO zusammen und bringst deine Expertise in Priorisierung und Roadmap-Gestaltung ein.
  • Du erarbeitest relevante Use Cases sowie High-Level-Lösungsansätze.
  • Du stimmst dich laufend mit unseren globalen Produktteams ab.

Profil

  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, Business-/Technical Consulting oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis – insbesondere für APIs, Datenflüsse, Integrationen und moderne SaaS-Architekturen.
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen schnell zu erfassen und verständlich zu visualisieren.
  • Erfahrung in der Visualisierung von Prozessen und technischen Lösungskonzepten mit Tools wie z.B. Miro oder Lucidchart.
  • Du denkst lösungs- und produktorientiert und kannst kundenspezifische Anforderungen von skalierbaren Produktbedarfen unterscheiden.
  • Ein souveränes Auftreten in Kundenterminen und Workshops.
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung und ein ausgeprägtes Ownership-Mindset.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

​Von Vorteil:

  • Erfahrung in der Wohnungswirtschaft oder im PropTech-Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und deren Integration, idealerweise im SAP- und/oder Aareon-Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams.
