About the Role Join one of Malaysia’s established FMCG companies and play a key role in connecting our brands with consumers nationwide. We’re seeking a results-driven professional who can combine trade marketing execution with strong analytical skills to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing campaigns and promotions across modern trade and traditional channels.
  • Work closely with distributors and retailers to ensure product visibility, impactful displays, and effective activations.
  • Analyze sales data, market performance, and customer trends to generate actionable insights for management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support sales and marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and brand marketing teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and monitor ROI to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Conduct market visits to assess in-store execution and competitor activities.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales analysis, or FMCG-related roles.
  • Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and disciplined in campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (essential to liaise with stakeholders and trade partners).
  • A team player who enjoys both data analysis and hands-on market execution.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
