Ben jij klaar om jouw technische expertise in te zetten op strategisch niveau? Als Maintenance Expert speel je een sleutelrol in het verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van ons machinepark. Je analyseert, structureert en optimaliseert onderhoudsprocessen om reactief onderhoud te beperken en preventief onderhoud naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Jouw werk legt de basis voor een efficiëntere werking van ons machinepark en zorgt ervoor dat onze teams sneller en gerichter kunnen handelen.

Waar ligt jouw impact?

  • Ontwikkelen van onderhoudsstructuren: Je zet een gestructureerd preventief onderhoudsplan op dat gericht is op het beperken van terugkerende problemen en optimaliseert onderhoudsprocessen met duurzame oplossingen.
  • Actieplannen opstellen: Je analyseert storingen en foutmeldingen en documenteert oplossingen zodat uitvoerende teams zelfstandig en efficiënt problemen kunnen aanpakken.
  • Optimalisatie van het machinepark: Je denkt strategisch mee over de werking en betrouwbaarheid van grote installaties en doet voorstellen om deze continu te verbeteren.
  • Data-gedreven werken: Je analyseert onderhoudsdata en trends om proactieve verbeteringen te signaleren en implementeert statistische en analytische tools om de prestaties van het machinepark te verhogen.
  • Samenwerken met teams: Je werkt nauw samen met technische teams om verbeterpunten door te voeren en draagt bij aan kennisoverdracht binnen de organisatie.

Technische kennis: Je hebt ervaring met grote industriële installaties en kennis van mechanica, elektronica, hydraulica en aanverwante disciplines.

Preventieve mindset: Je hebt een scherp oog voor preventieve onderhoudsmogelijkheden en kunt reactief onderhoud omzetten in proactieve oplossingen.

Structuur en procesoptimalisatie: Je bent sterk in het opzetten van duidelijke onderhoudsstructuren en actieplannen die teams helpen efficiënter te werken.

Strategisch inzicht: Je bent in staat om de grote lijnen te zien en weet operationele uitdagingen om te zetten in duurzame verbeteringen.

Hands-on mentaliteit: Je bent bereid om praktisch aan de slag te gaan om het machinepark goed te leren kennen.

Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je kunt technische oplossingen helder documenteren en overbrengen naar uitvoerende teams.
