🚀 Sales Accelerator - Sales Engineer

STAS maakt trailertechnologie die generaties meegaat, dankzij vakmanschap, innovatie en duurzame relaties. Als Sales Accelerator ben jij de versneller van die relaties: je versterkt onze Europese dealers en eindklanten met technische expertise, slimme systeemkennis en strategische ondersteuning.

Je denkt als een ingenieur, werkt vlot met digitale tools en analyseert met scherpte. Geen klassieke verkoper, maar een technische adviseur die processen optimaliseert, systemen efficiënt inzet en duurzame groei mogelijk maakt.

🔧 Wat ga je doen?

• Je bent het technisch en digitaal aanspreekpunt voor onze dealers en eindklanten.

• Je helpt bij productconfiguraties, complexe offertes en technische ondersteuning.

• Je begeleidt dealers in het gebruik van onze tools:

- Fusion (ons ERP-systeem) voor offertes, bestellingen en opvolging

- HubSpot (ons CRM-systeem) voor commerciële trajecten en klantrelaties

• Je vertaalt technische noden naar concrete oplossingen en koppelt marktinzichten terug naar onze product- en engineeringteams.

• Je coacht dealers bij hun commerciële werking en stimuleert digitale adoptie.

• Je bezoekt regelmatig dealers en eindklanten op locatie (gemiddeld 2 weken per maand, telkens enkele dagen).

🧠 Wat breng je mee?

• Master industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

• Technische expertise, aangevuld met economische/commerciële inzichten.

• Affiniteit met digitale tools en procesoptimalisatie – ervaring met ERP/CRM is een plus.

• Je bent relationeel sterk, denkt analytisch en communiceert helder.

• Talen: vlot in Nederlands en Engels, Frans of Duits is een extra troef.

• Bereidheid tot regelmatige Europese verplaatsingen.
