Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Markttrends analysieren, Wettbewerb beobachten und eine klare Produktvision sowie langfristige Entwicklungsziele definieren.
  • Anforderungen aufnehmen, Feedback auswerten und daraus konkrete Ideen für neue Funktionen und Verbesserungen ableiten.
  • Anforderungen priorisieren, Roadmaps erstellen und die Umsetzung neuer Features in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams begleiten.
  • Neue Technologien und Marktchancen erkennen und prüfen, wie diese sinnvoll in bestehende oder neue Produkte integriert werden können.
  • Zwischen Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Marketing und Kunden vermitteln und sicherstellen, dass alle Beteiligten auf gemeinsame Produktziele hinarbeiten.
  • Kennzahlen analysieren, die Performance unserer Produkte bewerten und gezielte Massnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung ableiten.
  • Neue Funktionen und Produkteinführungen koordinieren und deren Mehrwert intern wie extern verständlich vermitteln.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im IT- oder Softwareumfeld.
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung, digitale Produkte und moderne Technologien.
  • Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Markt- und Kundenbedürfnisse.
  • Erfahrung in der Priorisierung von Anforderungen, der Planung von Produkt-Roadmaps und der Koordination unterschiedlicher Anspruchsgruppen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Motivation, Produkte kontinuierlich besser zu machen.
