Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Work for a company built around service excellence, accountability, and improving lives in the local community
  • Join a culture guided by clear values: treat people like family, do the right thing, be easy to do business with, exceed expectations, and maintain mutual respect

  • Work directly with the Director of Operations and collaborate across service departments
  • Help build stronger systems and processes as the company continues to grow
  • Make an impact on the efficiency, professionalism, safety, and day-to-day readiness of the entire operation

  • Address missed standards directly and professionally, escalating recurring or serious issues through the appropriate Service Manager and Director of Operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, efficient, and professional facility while helping minimize asset costs and operational downtime
  • Oversee company shipping and receiving and ensure the appropriate team members are notified of incoming packages
  • Ensure facilities follow established safety standards and cleaning procedures
  • Partner with the Director of Operations on preventive and corrective facility maintenance planning
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve facility issues efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with campus parking lot upkeep, disposal areas, pallet management, and scrap management
  • Partner with Service Managers to maintain company fleet assets, documentation, maintenance, GPS systems, and camera installations in accordance with company fleet safety policies
  • Perform routine fleet inspections covering safety equipment, cleanliness, maintenance, insurance documentation, and overall vehicle readiness
  • Maintain accurate tool, equipment, and asset records using company asset management systems
  • Monitor tool condition, usage, and performance and identify repair, replacement, or retirement needs before they disrupt operations
  • Manage purchase order review and receiving, job material and parts accuracy, vendor-managed inventory, margin review, and returns
  • Perform truck and warehouse inventory cycle counts and coordinate truck restocking and parts-bin installations
  • Order special parts as required and maintain accurate vendor pricing
  • Keep parts pricing, uniform inventory, and truck and driver assignments accurate in ServiceTitan
  • Use strong facilities management, fleet management, inventory control, purchasing, vendor management, warehouse operations, preventive maintenance, and asset management practices to keep the operation running efficiently

Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities management, fleet management, asset management, or a related role with leadership and accountability responsibilities
  • Previous facilities and inventory management experience
  • Experience with purchasing, vendor management, and parts or inventory management systems
  • Proven ability to establish standards and hold team members or peers accountable, including employees outside your direct reporting line
  • Ability to handle direct, professional conversations when expectations or standards are not met
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • Forklift certification or previous forklift experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to read technical manuals and equipment documentation
  • Coaching and performance-feedback skills to support and develop a growing team
  • Ability to consistently lift 25 to 50 pounds

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
