  • Competitive Pay: $19 to $24 per hour based on experience
  • Full-Time Position: Approximately 31 to 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: 8-hour workday, with start and end times varying depending on the job
  • Overtime: Available and paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40
  • Paid Drive Time: Drive time is paid from the shop to the job site

  • Local Service Area: This is a field-based position serving customers throughout Northeast Ohio. Our office is located in Kent, OH, and technicians travel generally within a one-hour drive

Your New Role

  • Work as a full-time Insulation Technician based in Kent, Ohio 44240, serving the greater Akron and Northeast Ohio area
  • Work as part of an experienced insulation crew installing residential and commercial insulation
  • Apply your hands-on insulation installation experience to complete projects according to specifications and company procedures
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and insulation installation equipment safely and effectively
  • Follow job-site safety procedures and established insulation installation quality standards
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Work efficiently with crew members to complete assigned insulation projects
  • Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout Northeast Ohio, generally within a one-hour drive of Kent, OH
  • Maintain dependable attendance and contribute to a productive field crew

  • No specific licenses or certifications required
