岗位职责 职责边界：采集需求与场景矩阵定义在产品线；本岗位负责采集计划执行、链路建设、回传、合规授权与脱敏入库。全部采集活动适用合规前置评审与一票否决。 1. 座舱数据采集链路建设（对应W1.6，2026Q4已开工）： – 建设座舱大模型所需的语音/多模态数据采集与回传链路（车端埋点、采集任务下发、数据回传与落库），支撑产品线采集计划的批量执行； – 建立采集任务管理与采集质量监控（完整率、有效率、及时率），对回传数据质量负责。 2. 合规授权与脱敏入库： – 执行用户授权链路（授权触达、授权记录留痕）与脱敏入库流程，确保每一条入库数据可回溯授权凭证； – 配合合规前置评审，落实”未授权不入库”的一票否决要求；支撑授权截止点（26Q4末）管理与逐级升级机制。 3. 链路运营与迭代： – 对接产品线的场景矩阵变更，快速调整采集配置；沉淀采集链路的可复用组件。

任职要求

硬性门槛（一票否决项）： - 3年以上数据采集/接入工程经验；本科及以上学历，计算机/软件/电子信息相关专业； - 有车端数据采集与回传链路的实际项目经验（或移动端/IoT十万级以上设备规模的数据采集回传经验）； - 熟悉《个人信息保护法》《数据安全法》下的授权、脱敏、留痕流程，有合规敏感数据采集的落地实证； - 熟练使用Python/Go，熟悉Kafka/MQTT等消息链路，具备链路监控与问题定位能力。

加分项： - 有座舱语音语料、ASR/TTS或多模态数据采集经验；有智驾数据闭环采集经验（团队主流背景，融入快）； - 有标注体系/数据质检流程经验；熟悉数据脱敏工具与隐私计算基本方法。
