The posting

1. 负责WiFi感知核心算法的研发与优化，覆盖手势识别、呼吸检测、目标分类、位置追踪等典型应用场景。 2. 设计并实现基于CSI（信道状态信息）或RSSI的信号特征提取、降噪与行为识别模型，提升感知精度与鲁棒性。 3. 参与WiFi感知系统整体架构设计，完成从信号采集、预处理到算法部署的关键技术验证与性能调优。 4. 跟踪国内外WiFi感知、雷达信号处理、边缘智能等前沿技术，开展技术对标与可行性分析，推动技术创新。 5. 主导算法从原型验证到产品落地的全流程，解决实际场景中的遮挡、多径、动态环境等工程难题，支持技术商业化转化。

1. 硕士及以上学历（优秀本科亦可），计算机、通信工程、电子工程、自动化等相关专业。 2. 3年以上感知算法相关工作经验，至少独立负责过2个以上完整项目的算法设计与开发（WiFi感知、雷达、声波感知或相关信号处理领域）。 3. 精通数字信号处理，熟练掌握滤波（如卡尔曼滤波、小波变换）、噪声抑制、相位校准等算法，熟悉WiFi物理层协议及CSI数据解析方法。 4. 熟练使用Python进行算法开发及模型训练，熟悉MATLAB作为快速验证工具；具备深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow）实践经验，能设计CNN/RNN/Transformer等网络解决时序感知问题。 5. 具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，能够快速跟进IEEE、ACM等期刊中WiFi感知、无源感知方向的最新成果。
