1. 负责车载控制器产品软件架构设计、技术方案制定，ADAS功能设计落地； 2. 负责专项功能涉及的硬件芯片平台框架资料分析； 3. 组织软件团队技术人员进行架构、方案讨论与决策； 4. 负责输出软件架构文档、技术方案文档，指导软件开发团队进行开发； 5. 组织主导重大系统性严重功能性BUG及系统性能问题解决过程； 6. 组织软件架构团队在专项技术课题、系统难点问题攻关深挖； 7. 规划软件架构组织人员梯队及发展路径；

1. 有汽车电子行业车载、ADAS相关的产品工作经验优先，具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作意识； 2. 有车载SOA架构经验和掌握主流的消息中间件如SOMEIP/DoIP/DDS等，优先聘用； 3. 有嵌入式系统软件开发（Linux/QNX/FreeRTOS/AutoSAR CP/AP）,以太网/CAN总线开发经验，优先聘用； 4. 具备系统性能调优能力，掌握eBPF/QNX性能优化工具,具备系统调度和系统内存管理设计能力； 5. 具备软件设计思想、掌握软件设计模式、掌握UML设计； 6. 有带领过软件团队及多方联合开发模式,具备项目交付经验，优先聘用； 7. 良好的口语表达能力，能够准确、流利地运用所学的外语（日语）进行沟通, 优先聘用。
