1. 负责光通信整体系统架构设计与技术路线规划，涵盖软件、硬件、测试三大方向，制定光通信系统整体解决方案及技术演进路线图 2. 主导光模组（OLT/ONU）的架构设计与优化，包括光收发模组/MAC选型、封装方案设计、BOM优化及车规级可靠性提升 3. 负责光通信系统标准制定，包括接口规范、协议标准、测试标准等，推动行业标准与企业标准的建立与落地 4. 主导系统方案设计与客户技术交流，支持售前方案推广、技术战略规划及生态合作建设 5. 带领团队完成光通信系统在中央域控、座舱域控、智驾域控、区域控制器、摄像头、显示屏、毫米波雷达等多产品形态的集成架构设计 6. 负责跨部门技术协调与资源整合，推动硬件、软件、测试、结构等团队高效协作，确保项目按期交付 7. 跟踪光通信前沿技术发展趋势，开展技术预研与创新，持续提升团队技术竞争力

1. 通信工程、电子工程、计算机科学等相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上光通信或车载电子系统架构设计经验 2. 深入理解光纤通信原理，熟悉OLT/ONU架构、PON技术、光收发模组设计及车规级光通信应用方案 3. 具备光通信系统级架构设计能力，能够独立完成从需求分析、方案设计到落地实施的全流程技术把控 4. 熟悉车载E/E架构演进趋势，了解域控制器、区域控制器、SOA架构等车载技术，有车载光通信项目经验者优先 5. 具备良好的团队管理能力和技术领导力，有TL或团队负责人经验，能够带领团队攻克技术难题 6. 出色的沟通表达能力和客户对接能力，能够独立承担技术方案汇报与客户交流工作 7. 英语读写流利，能够阅读英文技术文档并进行技术交流 8. 有光模块，光芯片，BOSA/COB封装，架构和设计经验者优先考虑。
