¿Tienes experiencia en el sector agrícola y te motiva asumir la coordinación del trabajo en campo dentro de un proyecto sólido y con visión de futuro? ¿Buscas un entorno estable donde puedas combinar las labores prácticas con la supervisión de equipos y el apoyo directo a la dirección técnica?

En ySondos seleccionamos un/a Capataz para incorporación directa e indefinida en una empresa del sector agrícola ubicada en Piñel de Arriba (Valladolid), en pleno crecimiento y con una visión de futuro sólida y sostenible.

Lo que te ofrecemos:

Incorporación estable y directa en la plantilla de la empresa.

Contrato indefinido, con periodo de prueba según convenio (6 meses).

Proyecto con continuidad, donde podrás desarrollarte y crecer profesionalmente.

Jornada con distribución irregular, adaptada a las necesidades del campo (riego en verano y campaña de cosecha y venta entre octubre y diciembre).

Horas extras excepcionales, que se compensan siempre con tiempo de descanso.

Retribución a negociar en función de la experiencia y la valía profesional.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Participarás en las labores de campo: poda, injerto, plantación y replantación, abonado y riego, entre otras.

Coordinarás y supervisarás las cuadrillas de peones/as agrícolas y tractoristas.

Darás apoyo en el proceso de recolección, limpieza y secado de los productos.

Colaborarás en la gestión del almacén: envasado, paletización, preparación de pedidos y realización de inventarios.

Apoyarás en las tareas comerciales: atención a clientes, apoyo en la gestión y seguimiento de pedidos.

Colaborarás en la gestión y documentación de los sistemas de calidad y trazabilidad.

Qué esperamos de ti:

Experiencia previa en labores agrícolas y coordinación de equipos.

Conocimientos en maquinaria agrícola, tratamientos, riego y procesos de campo.

Capacidad de organización, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

Actitud proactiva, responsable y con compromiso hacia el proyecto.

Valoraremos formación técnica agraria o similar y residencia próxima a la zona.
