En ySondos estamos buscando 2 perfiles para un disco-pub en Avilés, un local orientado a un público +30, donde se cuidan las copas, el trato y la organización de la barra.

¿Qué buscamos?

¿Cuáles son los BENEFICIOS de esta oportunidad?

- Proyecto estable y con continuidad (ETT 3+3 y paso a indefinido).

- Salario según convenio de hostelería, en la categoría correspondiente, claro y transparente.

- Buen ambiente de trabajo.

- Posibilidad real de crecer con el proyecto.

- Horarios definidos y sin improvisaciones:

  • Camarero/a: viernes y sábados de 19:00 a 03:00
  • Responsable: jueves a lunes J: 19:00-23:00 V y S: 19:00-03:00 D: 15:00-19:00 L: labores de gestión (horario flexible)

¿Cuáles serán tus FUNCIONES?

- Atención a clientela adulta y habitual.

- Preparación de cócteles sencillos y servicio de copas de calidad.

- Gestión correcta de la barra y del servicio.

- En el caso del/la responsable, además:

- Organización del turno.

- Gestión de caja.

- Contacto y gestión con proveedores.

- Experiencia previa en hostelería.

- Perfil profesional, responsable y con buena actitud.

- Agilidad y orientación al cliente.
