Buscamos incorporar un/a Gobernanta/e para un prestigioso Hotel 5 Gran Lujo en Santander.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás la persona responsable de coordinar el área de pisos y limpieza, garantizando los estándares de calidad, imagen y excelencia propios de un establecimiento Gran Lujo.

Tendrás a tu cargo un equipo de entre 10 y 15 personas, en función de la ocupación del hotel, para poder llegar a todo.

¿Cómo lo harás?

  • Organizarás los turnos, horarios y descansos semanales.
  • Coordinarás diariamente el equipo de housekeeping.
  • Supervisarás las habitaciones, zonas comunes y la limpieza general para que todo esté perfecto.
  • Revisarás los estándares de calidad y detalle.
  • Te coordinarás con recepción, mantenimiento y otros departamentos.
  • Resolverás incidencias operativas del día a día.
  • Darás apoyo directo en operativa cuando sea necesario.
  • Optimizarás los recursos según ocupación y necesidades del servicio.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Que tengas experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares en hoteles 4* superior o 5*.
  • Que hayas liderando equipos anteriormente.
  • Un perfil híbrido: gestión + operativa.
  • Muy valorable experiencia con sistemas de gestión hotelera, especialmente Hub OV. Alta capacidad organizativa y de priorización.
  • Orientación al detalle y excelencia en el servicio ¡esto es imprescindible!
  • Persona resolutiva, proactiva y con iniciativa.
  • Inglés valorable para atención básica a clientes.
