Descripción del puesto

Buscamos incorporar un/a teleoperador/a para nuestro equipo de ventas, especializado en la comercialización directa de vehículos de marca y de ocasión. La persona seleccionada se encargará de contactar telefónicamente con clientes potenciales para asesorarles y cerrar ventas.

Funciones principales

  • Emisión de llamadas para la venta directa de vehículos (nuevos y de ocasión).
  • Asesoramiento personalizado a clientes según sus necesidades.
  • Seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales.
  • Gestión de base de datos y registro de actividad.
  • Cumplimiento de objetivos de venta.

Condiciones laborales

  • Convenio: Contact Center
  • Categoría: Teleoperador/a
  • Salario bruto anual: Según convenio

Horario

  • Semana 1: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 16:30
  • Semana 2: Lunes a viernes de 12:00 a 20:00 Sábado de 10:30 a 13:15

(Turnos rotativos)

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en venta telefónica o atención al cliente (valorable).
  • Habilidades comunicativas y orientación a resultados.
  • Capacidad de negociación y cierre de ventas.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas informáticas.
