  • Influence internal stakeholders to align proposals with customer needs while maintaining margin and strategic focus.
  • Introduce internal subject matter experts where needed and coordinate value demonstrations, workshops, and technical assessments.

5. Sales Process & CRM Excellence

  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and account intelligence within Salesforce (or applicable CRM).
  • Provide insight to global and regional teams on market trends, competitive activity, and system/process improvements.

6. Segment Marketing & Internal Enablement

  • Work with Business Marketing and Market Intelligence to develop segment campaigns, case studies, and value propositions.
  • Provide input to global Materials teams on segment priorities, competitive dynamics, digitalization trends, and evolving batch needs.

  • Deep understanding of batch processes, ISA-88, recipe management, and quality/repeatability challenges.
  • Strong business development, customer-facing, or sales support experience within the process industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret strategy and translate it into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
