1、2027届硕士毕业生，计算机相关专业； 2、熟悉 C/C++、Java、Python、Go 等主流编程语言中的至少一种，有实际项目经验者优先； 3、了解软件测试基本理论和方法，能够参与 APP、Web、硬件等项目的功能测试、接口测试、自动化测试和质量保障工作； 4、了解生成式 AI 应用的基本测试思路，能够从功能正确性、输出准确性、完整性、一致性、稳定性、性能和安全性等方面设计测试场景； 5、能够使用 AI 工具辅助生成测试用例、测试数据、自动化脚本和缺陷分析结果，并能通过人工校验和自动化验证保证测试结论可靠； 6、了解 AI 应用常见风险，如提示词注入、敏感信息泄露、错误输出、越权调用和数据安全问题； 7、具备缺陷跟踪和管理能力，能够参与需求评审、测试方案设计、测试计划制定、互联网软件产品测试及问题闭环； 8、具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神、执行能力、责任心和敬业精神； 9、有 AI 应用测试、自动化测试、质量平台或相关项目经验者优先，了解 AI coding、RAG知识库、Agent 智能体等AI 相关知识体系优先。
