1.教育背景：本科及以上学历，工程造价、工程管理、土木工程等相关专业。 2.工作经验：具有 8 年以上工程造价工作经验，其中至少 3 年以上造价部管理经验；熟悉各类工程项目造价管理流程，有商超行业经验者优先。 3.专业技能：熟练掌握工程造价软件，如广联达、斯维尔等；精通工程计量与计价规则，能够独立完成项目估算、预算、结算等工作；熟悉相关法律法规和政策文件，具备较强的合同管理和风险防控能力。 4.能力素质：具备优秀的领导能力和团队管理能力，能够有效激励和引导团队成员；具有较强的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力，能够妥善处理内外部关系和复杂的造价管理问题；具备良好的数据分析能力和决策能力，能够根据数据和实际情况做出准确判断和合理决策；工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力和自我驱动力。 5.职业资格：持有注册造价工程师证书，具有相关行业协会颁发的专业资格证书者优先。 6.其他要求：具备良好的职业道德和职业操守，诚实守信，保守公司商业机密；具有良好的学习能力和创新精神，能够不断适应行业发展和公司业务需求的变化。
