岗位职责： 1.全链路整体经营统筹：全面负责全国烘焙业务全链路运营，统筹品控、门店运营、团队、营销及成本管控，对整体业绩、利润及标准化运营结果全权负责。 2.经营指标拆解复盘：拆解年度经营指标，细化各区域门店各周期经营目标，制定落地计划，常态化复盘经营数据，落地整改及增量优化方案，保障指标达成。 3.产品迭代爆款打造：结合市场趋势、季节及消费需求，优化烘焙全品类结构，迭代新品、淘汰滞销品，打造门店爆款单品，提升品类竞争力。 4.门店运营标准搭建：搭建并落地全国烘焙运营标准化体系，统一陈列、上货、盘点、报损、营销等全流程规范，实现全国门店运营标准化。 5.人才梯队团队管理：搭建烘焙人才梯队，制定招聘、培训、考核体系，开展技能、品控、营销等专项培训，统筹团队管理与绩效考核。 6、原料成本损耗管控：规范烘焙原料及物料管控标准，精准核算原料用量，严控损耗成本，搭建数据运营体系，依托数据持续优化业务、降本增效。 7.数据体系运营分析：搭建全国烘焙数据运营分析体系，常态化统计、分析各区域门店烘焙品类销售额、客流量、客单价、单品销量、库存数据、损耗数据、毛利数据等核心维度数据，通过数据驱动产品优化、营销升级、成本管控、运营提效，持续迭代烘焙业务运营模式。
