1、负责永辉超市 App、小程序等渠道的搜索推荐算法建设，覆盖商品搜索、首页推荐、猜你喜欢及活动会场等场景。 2、负责搜索算法优化，涵盖 QP、召回、排序及重排等核心环节。 3、负责推荐算法优化，涵盖召回、粗排、精排及重排等核心环节。 4、持续优化多目标学习、序列建模、冷启动和推荐多样性等关键问题。 5、推动大语言模型、多模态模型等技术在搜索推荐场景中的应用。 6、建立离线评估、A/B 测试及效果监控体系，持续提升点击率、加购率和转化率等核心指标。 7、协同产品、研发和业务团队，推动算法方案开发、上线及效果复盘。 8、参与搜索推荐系统架构优化，提升系统的实时性、稳定性和可扩展性。

任职要求 1、计算机、人工智能、数学或统计学等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2、具有 5–8 年搜索、推荐或广告算法相关工作经验。 3、熟悉搜索和推荐业务，至少在其中一个方向具有深入、完整的项目经验。 4、熟悉搜索算法体系，掌握 QP、召回、排序及重排等核心技术。 5、熟悉推荐算法体系，掌握多路召回、粗排、精排、重排、多任务学习及序列建模等核心技术。 6、熟悉机器学习和深度学习，能够使用 PyTorch、TensorFlow 等框架完成模型开发和迭代。 7、熟练使用 Python、SQL，熟悉 Spark、Flink 等大数据处理框架。 8、具备良好的业务理解、数据分析、沟通协作和项目推动能力，能够独立负责核心算法项目。
