Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de gestion en assurance - Spécialité Sécheresse dans le cadre d'un CDD pour accroissement temporaire d'activité, à pourvoir sur notre site de Saint-Herblain, à compter de mi-novembre 2026.

Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique composée de collaborateurs aux parcours variés. Votre manager, votre tuteur/formateur ainsi que vos futurs collègues vous accompagneront tout au long de votre prise de poste afin de vous permettre de monter en compétences sur nos pratiques et nos outils.

Vos missions :

  • Contacter les assurés (téléphone / mail) pour comprendre les circonstances du sinistre et qualifier le dossier.
  • Appliquer les conventions d’assurance et les règles de gestion associées au périmètre du dossier traité.
  • Analyser les pièces et documents assurantiels, contrôler la complétude et relancer si besoin.
  • Expliquer le déroulement du traitement (étapes, délais, pièces attendues) et assurer un discours pédagogique.
  • Planifier les interventions des experts sinistres et coordonner les acteurs internes / externes si besoin.
  • Tracer les actions dans les outils, respecter les process et contribuer à la fluidité du parcours client.

Profil :

Vous aimez la relation client, savez faire preuve d'empathie et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation.

Vous disposez idéalement :

  • D'une première expérience en gestion administrative, assurance, relation client ou centre de contacts ;
  • D'une bonne aisance téléphonique et rédactionnelle ;
  • D'une capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément ;
  • D'un bon esprit d'équipe et d'adaptation ;
  • D'une maîtrise des outils informatiques courants.

Une expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance ou de la gestion de sinistres constitue un atout, mais n'est pas indispensable.

Compétences clés

  • Qualités rédactionnelles et capacité à analyser des documents assurantiels.
  • Autonomie et goût pour la résolution de problèmes.
  • Respect des process et sens du détail.
  • Capacité à coopérer avec des équipes internes (gestion, experts, support).
