Diese Rolle ist bei Edeneve angesiedelt, unserer Marke für hochwertige Naturkosmetik im Ökosystem von Sunday Natural und Yoshi en. Wir suchen eine/n Werkstudent/in im Bereich Kosmetikwissenschaft (all genders) zur Unterstützung unserer Formulierungs- und Produktentwicklung direkt vor Ort in Berlin. Die Rolle ist stark praxis- und labororientiert – ideal für Studierende, die wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse direkt in fertige Hautpflegeprodukte übersetzen möchten. Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Formulieren zusammen und begleitest den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess von der Laborkonzeption bis zum Markt.

Was erwartet dich bei uns?

  • Formulierungsentwicklung: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Kosmetikrezepturen mit klarem Fokus auf natürliche Inhaltsstoffe.
  • Laborarbeit: Eigenständige und sorgfältige Durchführung praktischer Versuche im Labor sowie Probenherstellung.
  • Prüfungen & Testreihen: Durchführung und Auswertung von Stabilitäts-, Kompatibilitätsprüfungen und grundlegenden Qualitätskontrollen.
  • Rohstoffbewertung: Evaluierung von Rohstoffen, Wirkstoffen und funktionellen Inhaltsstoffen hinsichtlich Wirksamkeit und Nachhaltigkeit.
  • Dokumentation & PIF: Präzise Protokollierung von Versuchsergebnissen und Spezifikationen zur Unterstützung der gesetzlichen Produktinformationsdatei (PIF).
  • Labororganisation: Aufrechterhaltung hoher Laborstandards, Instandhaltung der Arbeitsmittel und Geräte (z. B. pH-Meter, Viskosimeter, Zentrifugen).
  • Sicherheit & Compliance: Einhaltung der Richtlinien für Gute Laborpraxis (GLP) und interner Sicherheitsstandards.
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Regulatory Affairs und externen Testlaboren.

Was du mitbringst

  • Immatrikulation in einem Studiengang der Kosmetikwissenschaft, Chemie, Pharmazeutischen Wissenschaften oder einem verwandten naturwissenschaftlichen Fachbereich.
  • Erste praktische oder akademische Erfahrung in der kosmetischen Formulierung oder im Laborumfeld.
  • Grundkenntnisse in GMP/GLP-Richtlinien und Vertrautheit mit gängigen Laborgeräten.
  • Fundiertes Grundverständnis für kosmetische Formulierungen (insbesondere Hautpflege).
  • Leidenschaft für Green Chemistry, Clean Beauty und nachhaltige Rohstoffe.
  • Strukturierte, präzise und verlässliche Arbeitsweise.
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen, verlässlichen Präsenztagen im Labor vor Ort in Berlin.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
