Diese Rolle ist bei Edeneve angesiedelt, unserer neuen Kosmetikmarke im Ökosystem von Sunday Natural und Yoshi en. Edeneve steht für hochwertige Hautpflege mit starkem Fokus auf natürliche Inhaltsstoffe, Transparenz und moderne Formulierungswissenschaft. Als Werkstudent im Bereich Operations & Supply Chain (all genders) unterstützt du unser operatives Team dabei, die kompletten Logistik- und Supply-Chain-Aktivitäten unseres schnell wachsenden E-Commerce-Business reibungslos umzusetzen.

Was erwartet dich bei uns?

  • Bestands- & Lagerverwaltung: Unterstützung beim Monitoring und der Steuerung unserer Bestände und Lagerbestände.
  • Koordination: Enger Austausch und Abstimmung mit unseren Logistik- und Lagerpartnern.
  • Daten- & Prozesspflege: Aktualisierung und Pflege unserer operativen Datenbanken, Dokumentationen und ERP-Systeme.
  • Marktexpansion: Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung von Lieferungen und operativen Prozessen für neue Märkte.
  • Prozessoptimierung & Reporting: Unterstützung beim Reporting, Überwachung relevanter KPIs und aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Optimierung interner Abläufe.
  • Teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Enge Schnittstellenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams im gesamten Unternehmen.

Was du mitbringst

  • Immatrikulation an einer deutschen Hochschule oder Universität.
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben und Briefings parallel zu strukturieren, ohne den Blick fürs Detail zu verlieren.
  • Starke und klare Kommunikation über Teamgrenzen hinweg sowie ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten und Risiken.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und packst eigeninitiativ an.
  • Komfortabler Umgang mit komplexen Datensätzen und digitalen Plattformen.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
