Für unser weiteres Wachstum suchen wir dich ab sofort als Business Unit Lead (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standorte in Berlin, München oder Halle in einem hybriden Modell.

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die unternehmerische Gesamtverantwortung für zentrale Kunden-Accounts innerhalb einer Industriegruppe – mit direktem Einfluss auf Wachstum, Profitabilität und strategische Weiterentwicklung. Als „Bar Raiser“ vor Ort setzt du neue Maßstäbe in Qualität und Performance, prägst eine High-Performance-Kultur und entwickelst sowohl unsere Kundenbeziehungen als auch unsere Organisation nachhaltig weiter.

Conceptual Excellence – dein Kernbeitrag

  • Treibende Kraft hinter konzeptioneller Qualität, sowohl intern als auch extern
  • Eigenständige Erstellung hochwertiger Kundenpräsentationen, strategischer Dokumente und Business Reviews
  • Übersetzung komplexer Kundenanforderungen in strukturierte, umsetzbare Entscheidungsvorlagen

Own the Business

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Umsatz, Wachstum und Profitabilität deiner Accounts – mit klarem Fokus auf nachhaltige Wertschöpfung
  • Steuerung der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette von Delivery über Commercials bis hin zur Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Aktive Identifikation und Umsetzung von Wachstumshebeln, inkl. Skalierung erfolgreicher Lösungen und Erschließung neuer Business-Potenziale

Drive Performance through Data

  • Nutzung von KPIs und tiefgehenden Analysen zur Identifikation von Performance-Hebeln und Root Causes
  • Ableitung klarer Maßnahmen und Erstellung von Executive-ready Reports & Business Reviews

Act as Strategic Partner to your Clients

  • Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für deine Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe
  • Tiefes Verständnis der Geschäftsmodelle und proaktive Entwicklung von Mehrwerten und Wachstumspotenzialen (z. B. Upselling, Prozessoptimierung)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product&Tech zur Umsetzung individueller Lösungen

Build & Lead High-Performing Teams

  • Führung und Entwicklung von ~5 Operations Manager:innen
  • Coaching in Richtung Ownership, analytisches Denken und kommerzielles Verständnis
  • Aufbau einer leistungsstarken Organisation mit klarer Zielorientierung

Raise the Bar

  • Setzen neuer Standards in Qualität, Struktur und Exzellenz
  • Prägung der lokalen Kultur durch unternehmerisches Denken, Ownership und Vorbildfunktion

Background & Mindset

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Consulting, Strategy, Operations oder Big-Tech-Umfeld
  • Stark ausgeprägtes analytisches und strukturiertes Denken sowie hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset mit Fokus auf Impact, Ownership und kontinuierliche Verbesserung

Leadership & Communication

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Souveränes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Fähigkeit, auf allen Ebenen zu überzeugen – vom operativen Team bis zum Kundenmanagement
