Als (Senior) Recruiting Partner (m/w/d) übernimmst du die volle Ownership für deine Rollen und begleitest unsere zukünftigen „Daymaker“ durch den gesamten Recruiting Lifecycle - über alle Departments und Senioritätsstufen hinweg, von Einstiegsfunktionen bis zum VP-Level. Dabei verbindest du operative Recruiting-Stärke mit fundiertem Urteilsvermögen.

Recruiting ist der Kern dieser Rolle. Über das Tagesgeschäft hinaus bringst du Impulse für Auswahlprozesse, Datenbasis und Tools ein. Employer Branding ist der mittelfristige Entwicklungspfad, den wir gemeinsam ausbauen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End Ownership: Du steuerst deine Hiring-Prozesse eigenverantwortlich über alle Departments und Standorte hinweg - von der Briefing-Session über Kanalstrategie, Screening und Interviews bis zum Offer-Close. Active Sourcing setzt du gezielt dort ein, wo es für die jeweilige Rolle den größten Impact hat.
  • Hiring-Manager-Sparring & Auswahlqualität: Du berätst deine Hiring Manager:innen als Partner:in auf Augenhöhe - auch auf C- und VP-Level -, übersetzt den Business-Bedarf in präzise Anforderungsprofile und challengest Erwartungen konstruktiv. Auf Basis strukturierter Interviews gibst du fundierte Empfehlungen für den besten fachlichen und persönlichen Fit.
  • Funnel, Daten & Candidate Journey: Du hältst Pipeline und ATS sauber, sorgst für eine wertschätzende Candidate Journey und schaffst mit relevanten Kennzahlen Transparenz über deine Prozesse.
  • Employer Branding (Dein Entwicklungspfad): Du verstehst Employer Branding als echten Recruiting-Hebel, hast Lust, dich auch selbst als Markenbotschafter:in auf LinkedIn zu zeigen, und baust diesen Bereich mit wachsender Verantwortung gemeinsam mit uns aus. Vorerfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

Dein Skillset

  • Recruiting-Erfahrung & Hands-on-Mentalität: Du hast mehrere Jahre erfolgreich im Full-Cycle Recruiting in einem anspruchsvollen Hiring-Umfeld gearbeitet, deine Prozesse eigenverantwortlich gesteuert und Einstellungen abgeschlossen.
  • Urteilsvermögen & Interviewqualität: Du kannst Profile differenziert einschätzen, führst strukturierte, kompetenzbasierte Interviews und hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, wer fachlich, persönlich und im jeweiligen Team wirklich passt.
  • Ownership & Stakeholder Management: Du arbeitest eigenständig und verbindlich, triffst klare Entscheidungen und kannst unterschiedliche Stakeholder konstruktiv challengen, ohne das gemeinsame Ziel aus dem Blick zu verlieren.
  • Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch, klar und adressatengerecht und schaffst damit Vertrauen.
